[Bug 1959747]

After another minor version upgrade, it was fast again. Upon switching
to a new folder, it became slow, and remained slow.

I managed to capture 2 profiles, where you can see fast vs slow, same
instance of Thunderbird, only difference is having switched to another
mail folder then back to the original one.

Maybe this means something to someone, but to me it doesn't even seem to
be related to WebRender.
