[Bug 1939997] [NEW] Thunderbird >78 needs libgpgme11 to stage packages

Public bug reported:

In order to use Thunderbird >78 with smartcards it required to have
libgpgme11 installed and therefore it should be added to the
snapcraft.yaml stage packages. See

Attached is a patch for the v8x branch.
