I wrote 20.04 in the title.

20.04 is focal.

Focal only got version 68.10 on 2020-07-08 which got released on
2020-07-01.

Now the newest version is 78.5.0 from 2020-11-17

4.5 months AFTER the last thunderbird release in ubuntu 20.04 LTS

and the security fixes are declared on their homepage!

  security/bug fix updates
