sorry but not it's not, at what creation? do you click on the ics from
nautilus? do you load it from a thunderbird menu or dialog and if so
which one?

a proper report would include detailled steps, example

'* start thunderbird
* go to calendar
* select file menu, import

expected: 
display a filesector to pick the iso

happening:
it closes"
