We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all
reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago
and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.

Ubuntu 12.04 (precise) reached end-of-life on April 28, 2017.

Its not clear why this issue was initially reported against the Firefox
web browser but presumably the issues that you experienced have long
been resolved.

I'm changing the status of this bug so that it will expire after 60 days
in the absence of any further comments.
