CFLAGS="-march=armv7-a -mfloat-abi=hard -mfpu=vfpv3-d16" is the default
for armhf.  In fact, it's what *defines* armhf as armhf.  Unless
something is explicitly setting those things differently, they don't
need to be on the commandline at all.
