I  beat t9 last night and picked up the quest Alisaie's Resolve in
North Than for final coil. I was  told  to go speak to Urianger, and got
the completed  quest icon  next to  it (the green  icon). Today,  the
icon  was  yellow. I went to Urianger and had nothing,  no  icons over
his head. I abandoned  the quest, hoping  I  could reset it (I'm
guessing  it's a  glitch or something), but  Alisaie  is not in North
Thanalan  anymore.

Is there a way for me to get  this quest again?  Do I have to complete
t9 again?

Title:
   bookmarks are gone, I can not add bookmarks or import bookmarks
  backup, the toolbar does not work, the buttons back, then update are
  broken, the bar gives direction errors
