[Bug 1194436] [NEW] content/media/webaudio/test/test_maxChannelCount.html test failure

This is a new test related to webaudio. We currently see this failure:

143007 INFO TEST-START | /tests/content/media/webaudio/test/test_maxChannelCount.html
143008 ERROR TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL | /tests/content/media/webaudio/test/test_maxChannelCount.html | We can query the maximum number of channels

because (new AudioContext()).destination.maxChannelCount == 0. I suspect
this is either due to missing dependencies or perhaps a limitation of
the test envirionment
