These bugs certainly all have the same symptoms, and now we know another
possible cause it switching workspaces. As for the Windows users among
those links, I remember having the same problem back when I used Windows
(many many years ago) that I fixed by disabling the Menu Editor
extension.

If duplicate markings are performed, it definitely needs to be done in a
way that keeps the vast amount of information that we've collected in
this report front and center.
