Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu. Ubuntu 9.04 reached End of Life (EOL) on October 23, 2010, and as such it doesn't receive security updates anymore.

Please upgrade to a supported version of Ubuntu. All of the supported
releases currently have Firefox 18 and the last version of Flash that
Adobe produced for Linux.
