Store Master Password to Gnome Keyring patch v3

Changes
 - Prompt user if he wants to store master password to Gnome Keyring.
 - rewritten patch a bit to avoid a lot of nested ifs.
Changing reviewer as long as Kai showed some interest in this patch. Thanks.
