[Bug 1207221] [NEW] Firefox about:startpage non-functional

When running Firefox within Ubuntu Gnome Saucy Alpha 1, I found that the
about:startpage (the default page loaded on startup) has a non-
functional search box.

It neither responds to typing text and hitting enter, or typing text and
pressing the 'Search' button. Entirely non-functional.
