[Bug 929047] [NEW] Firefox bookmarks and history not working

When I start Firefox, it tells me that my the bookmarks and history will
not function because one of Firefox's files is in use by another program
it states that it might be security software. I also tried what the
people suggested on the "learn more" button, but it did not work.
