[Bug 928098] [NEW] the latest firefox crashes immediately

Public bug reported:

when starting firefox it crashes immediately. when you confirm mozillas error dialog and click restart, the crash loops. 
this happens when starting from the dash and also when starting from a terminal. even with the -safe-mode flag. 

this is a stack trace, when runninf firefox-dbg with -g
