Hi Mike,

results of ls -l libgdk-x11-2.0.so.*   are:

lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root     26 2011-04-24 22:25 libgdk-x11-2.0.so.0 -> libgdk-x11-2.0.so.0.2400.4
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 622556 2011-04-14 19:48 libgdk-x11-2.0.so.0.2400.4


Clicking on "Compose" or "Address Book" I get two new windows opened. Concerning compose I think that is no big deal. It could be the case that I indeed want to work with several "compose new message" windows (imagine a user is typing one very long e-mail and wants to write a second mail real fast, thus he opens a new (second) composer window to write the short message and then returns to the window in which he is writing the longer e-mail). 
But concerning the address book I expected a different behaviour:   an already opened address book window should be focused (and thus the workspace should be switched to the already opened address book window).
