[Bug 805136] [NEW] accounts window doesn't fit on screen

Public bug reported:

The account settings window is very long when launched. It doesn't fit
on my laptop's screen (1366x768). The "OK" and "Cancel" buttons are off-
screen. Ubuntu is supposed to support even smaller screens.

When resized to fit in this screen-size, nothing gets cut off on any of
the pages.
