I notice a lot of these error messages in .xsession-errors.  Firefox
seems to be working ok though, so don't know what's so critical about
them:

These were printed post-boot while I'm just using firefox to report and
follow up on bugs.  I'm opening and closing tabs quite a bit but
otherwise just normal firefox usage.

Perhaps if these messages are not symptomatic of a deeper problem they
could be quelled.
