I have tried the method of "firefox --no-remote -P" to create a whole
new profile. The problem persists: can remember the Username and
Password for GMail but not www.url.com.tw.

You said "Well it seems that if all the other sites are saving user-name
information then it may be a problem with the site you are visiting."
However, Firefox 3.6.10 for Windows did save the Username and Password.

In GMail website, after the Username and Password was inputed and LogIn
pressed, Firefox automatically asks if I want to save the Username and
Password no matter whether the Username/Password pair is correct or not.
However, in www.url.com.tw, Firefox jsut doesn't ask.
