[Bug 576524] Re: [lucid] thunderbird does not know what to do with a *.wav file

This is a major inconvenience for non technical users. Selecting "open"
on an wav attachment only gives the option to "Save or cancel"

Selecting "Edit -> Preferences -> Attachments" doesn't give any option
to Add a Content Type. This is a regression from 1.x series.

Please do *not* reply with "Just save it and play it from there" as the
option to open Office, PDF and Jpg files directly.
