Using the following method, I am _not_ able to reproduce this on natty:

  1. Click in URL bar
  2. Select all
  3. Delete URL contents
  4. Lock Screen
  5. Move mouse pointer
  6. Enter password + enter
  7. type 'l' in already-focused URL bar

This offers me 'lwn.net/daily', which is what I would expect.  Please
could you provide instructions that allow reproducing the bug (this
would be at least as detailed as those shown here).
