Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: flashplugin-installer

version: 10.1.102.65ubuntu0.10.10.1

I have a proxy configured in /etc/apt/apt.conf. Download from the
internet is only possible through the proxy.

During installation or upgrade, flashplugin-installer tries to download
the flashplugin archive but does not use the proxy configuration from
apt.conf. Thus the download and installation fails.

** Affects: flashplugin-nonfree (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
