[Bug 677389] [NEW] ffmpeg video is not loaded without a refresh

Binary package hint: firefox

At the Ubuntu system testing app there is a feature to check ffmpeg
video in Firefox.

I downloaded the required plugin but the movie didn't play until I
refreshed the page.
