[Bug 673218] [NEW] any sort of sound (music, movie) except for laptop sounds does not work after upgrade

I just upgraded my ubuntu system im using dell vostro. After I
upgradedand restarted, my sound on internet has not been working neither
is my music on rhytmbox or movie player. However laptop sounds do happen
so its not a case of sound system not working totally.What shall I do?
