[Bug 670673] [NEW] addons updates notification

Binary package hint: firefox

Currently when there are some updates to installed addons by user, like
for example Adblock Plus, Firefox will notify user through old style
notification bubble in bottom right side of the screen. It would be
great if Firefox in Ubuntu would use notify osd for these types of
notifications with custom notification icon similar like other notify
osd icons have for volume, or network connection etc..

Maybe it could be done through ubufox extension, which would load custom
notify osd icon for addons updates...
