Apologies, Withdrawn. I now found the button. Which has been problematic
for me for years but now magically works.

So why all the discussion? Each account can have its own SMTP. Job done.

By the way, the web is full of advice on how to use TB that does not
apply to current versions and may be helping to generate issues that
aren't really still there. Not sure how to address it but a health
warning on the mozilla site might help.
