[Bug 667367] [NEW] How do I open a bug for Ubuntu Firefox 4.09bpre update 20101027 does not open AOL mail

This is Firefox 4.08bpre from the mozilla ppa installed on Ubuntu which
can't open AOL mail inbox after today's update 20101027.

How do I open a launchpad bug for this problem?  I tried ubuntu-bug firefox and got:
