Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: firefox
1) Open a page with <blink> tag
2) Suspend the PC for a day or two
3) Resume the PC
4) Blinking text blinks very fast and UI is not responding
5) After a while UI responds normally and normal blinking schedule resumes
Looks like code for handling of blink's timing does not like suspending
and resuming.
