[Bug 573404] Re: Firefox is unable to download add-ons (download error -228)

Does anyone affected by this bug have a firewall setup that could be
blocking the download from the Mozilla servers? More importantly, is
there anyone affected by this bug that has had no success with the
previous fixes mentioned and doesn't have a firewall enabled?
