I noticed that when I load the link you provided
(http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/console/bbc_radio_four) it doesn't work,
but if I add 'fm' to the end
(http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/console/bbc_radio_fourfm which is what
loads when I open it from the BBC site) then it does work. When you get
the message that it is unavailable, are you seeing the URL without 'fm'
at the end? Likewise, when it does work, do you see 'fm' at the end?
This could be due to the wrong URL being loaded for some reason.
