Found solution on the forum:

sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/flashplugin-nonfree.post

then

sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/flashplugin-nonfree.pre

then

sudo dpkg --purge --force all flashplugin-nonfree
