Some was helpful as now we may understand it could be a plugin on her firefox. But to suggest Windows was a little cold don't you think. Educating us was fine , but to bash the issuee in such a manner was unfair. I myself was unaware of how to use this , "launchpad bug fix. Teach us something as to How to seek help here please. I do not want to be told to go to windows and complain thats useless with the history of Microsoft not listening to people where as Ubuntu Linux has come up with something that works with a few mishaps unlike windows Ubuntu Works  .
 I place an apology to those reading these comments thinking I am in the wrong. But I am ignorant to the use of this tool. I ask for education , not ridicule about  my problem and voicing it here. I understand this is not a forum or a blog now. 
 I would contribute to Linux Ubuntu, When I have funds but not having that I can not donate to something I believe in here. I am not a trouble maker , so please don't think badly of me I am just a bit ignorant to the process and say I am sorry about that. 
But thanks Danny you have made a good point I will appreciate. So how do we use this properly without My disturbances?

Quite obviously you have an issue with firefox (this is not under the main control of the ubuntu dev team).
It is most probably caused by a plugin you have running and nothing to do with Ubuntu at its core, disable your plugins and see if that helps then complain to who wrote the plugin.

This is a bug reporting system and if you want to rant write a blog. This is for serious software discussion.
If you have a serious bug report then please report it with a good title and information so that it can be fixed.

Ubuntu isn't really under any specific economic model.
The open source movement is about freedom of software and hardware, if you want paid support and someone you can moan at please buy windows.
