[Bug 611290] [NEW] Firefox menu not selectable after upgrade

Right after the recent upgrade, the top menu (File, Edit, View...etc)
has become non-selectable by both keyboard and mouse.
Also, right-clicking on any FX window (which usually brings up another
menu) results in nothing now.
