./configure --enable-debug
make
No segfault.  Attached generated imacros.c.tmp

However, 
./configure
Add -fno-inline -fno-strict-aliasing in INTERP_OPTIMIZER, MODULE_OPTIMIZE_FLAGS, and MOZ_OPTIMIZE_FLAGS.  Segfaults.
