[Bug 234579] [NEW] Impossible to make an event that stretches across midnight

I tried to create a four hour event that lasted from 22:00 to 02:00, but
it turned out to be impossible.  Lightning would only let me create a
two hour event that lastet from 22:00 until midnight.
