[Bug 600779] Re: ipsCA Global and ipsCA Main root certificates not supported in Firefox

What I expected was additional questions about the type of problems this
is causing and how widespread the problem is.  It is very difficult to
convince people to try Linux on the desktop.  When there are additional
road-blocks such as this issue it becomes almost impossible.

I am very disappointed in the reception that this report received.
