This is not a bug in firefox (it doesn't have a virus scanner). but
instead a website that is most likely using javascript to display the
window in an effort to get you to do something (possibly to trick you).

Also, your system is Ubuntu 7.04 which is no longer supported. I highly
recommend that you install/upgrade to Ubuntu 8.04 LTS or Ubuntu 9.10.
