[Bug 384120] Re: apport package hook not used for 'ubuntu-bug firefox'

One could test by executing 'ubuntu-bug firefox' and checking the files
included before uploading it.  Then test the fix by copying
'firefox-3.0.py' to 'source_firefox-3.0.py' in /usr/share/apport
/package-hooks/.
