open up a terminal ... (Applications --> Accesories --> Terminal)
once the terminal loads type: apt-cache policy flashplugin-nonfree
highlight the output of that command
right click terminal window
left click "copy"
in a reply to this bug report
right click the text window
left click "paste"
send message
