[Bug 273747] [NEW] intrepid - wrong item in select list is selected by default

This is probably for upstream but I can't confirm so reporting it here.
Here's a test case:

http://people.ubuntu.com/~mnuzum/tmp/select.html

If you have more than one item in a select list whose values are the
same and one of the items is selected by default one of the other items
that shares the same value is selected instead. See the test case...
there are three options in the first select whose value="all" but the
first one, "All 1" has selected="selected". But instead of the first one
being selected, the last one is.

firefox:
  Installed: 3.0.2+build3+nobinonly-0ubuntu2
