[Bug 224937] [NEW] install dialog has broken scroller

The text in the dialog has broken scrollage. It can not be scrollled bz dragging the scroll bar.

Steps to reproduce:
 - boot the 8.04 desktop x86 CD (default boot menu selection)
 - when the desktop loads, start firefox
 - go to a page with flash, like http://www.last.fm/listen/
 - on the top, click the "Search for plugins" button
 - in the dialog, select the swfdec plugin
 - click next/yes until you get the dialog in the attached picture
 - click on "Description" to show the description text
 - try to scroll the text by dragging the scroll bar
