what does apt-cache policy thunderbird give you when typed in terminal. Your version looks like its not our version of thunderbird from what the following line says:
Package: mozilla-thunderbird None [modified: /var/lib/dpkg/info/mozilla-thunderbird.list]
Also what is the output of apt-cache policy lightning-sunbird give you

** Changed in: thunderbird (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Incomplete
