I have the same issue on Hardy 32 bit with all updates: Firefox's window
decoration disappears randomly, several times a day. (It actually
disappeared when I navigated to this page here.)

My workaround is to hit F11 (full screen) twice.  The first activates
full-screen mode, and the second deactivates it again, at which point
the window gets its decoration back.
