1) Please attempt to reproduce the stuttering symptoms using the -server
kernel (bug 188226, also comment 96 above).  Note also in your attached
logfile:  "W: alsa-util.c: Device dmix doesn't support 44100 Hz, changed
to 48000 Hz" and 'I: sink.c: Created sink 0 "alsa_output.dmix" with
sample spec "s16le 2ch 48000Hz"'.

2) The rationale for not loading module-suspend-on-idle by default is
the race condition noted in comment 86 above.  (Moving that load
statement to the end of the conffile does not give a deterministic
solution, either).  You can, however, use `pactl load-module module-
suspend-on-idle'.

Finally, the warnings are expected and non-fatal (comment 91 above).
