[Bug 219707] [NEW] NS_ERROR_FAILURE

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Ubuntu Hardy, all updates, Launch Firefox 3, beta 5 and pop up dialog
box error appears with header 'NS_ERROR_FAILURE' and details of
'Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)
[nsIStringBundle.formatStringFromName]'. Clicking on ok removes the pop
up and Firefox loads my start page without issue. Everything else in
Firefox appears to work ok but this pop up appears everytime I launch
Firefox. Any ideas?
