[Bug 214597] [NEW] Spinners won't stop spinning

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

The spinners on the individual tabs don't stop spinning even after the
page is fully loaded in most cases. Once this begins to happen it
happens for most URLs (for instance, www.google.com). If I open a new
window (control-N) it does not happen for the first tab. When I open a
second tab in that window (control-T) it does happen for that tab and
subsequent tabs.
