[Bug 213371] [NEW] Display html tag for special characters

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

1) Open firefox 3.0 (tested with Beta 4)
2) Try ton install an add-on with special characters at the title:
    For example: spanish dict: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/downloads/file/11850/diccionario_de_espa_ntilde_ol_espa_ntilde_a-1.1-fx+zm+tb.xpi
3) In the install window appear the html tag like the screenshot attached.
