To clarify, I think this line could be confusing:

"...the firefox window is rescaled to take up the entire desktop, but is
NOT in the maximized state. It still has window borders and can be
resized from there."

The bug I am trying to illustrate is the fact that the firefox window
resizes itself to take up my entire desktop, but I also thought it might
be important knowing that it didn't do so by putting itself in the
maximized state.
