[Bug 163026] Missing /usr/bin/mozilla-thunderbird required by firefox

Binary package hint: thunderbird

As of my update to Gusty, 'mailto:' links in Firefox no longer work. The
reason appears to be that the 'mozilla-thunderbird' script has been
renamed to 'thunderbird', with the result that the 'mailto:' protocol
handler in firefox is no longer working.
