Confirmed for Slovenia. 
But it is improving with the growth of open-source community efforts. We should improve compatibility with other OS's and try making GUI's  more friendly to make rate of growth of open source user-base even faster. I'm continuing to spread good word about Ubuntu in Slovenia - my share to fixing this bug :)
