[Bug 134426] [gutsy] plugin finder service runs forever

Binary package hint: firefox

In Gutsy Tribe 5, one of the new features is the Firefox plugin finder.
If I tell Firefox to install Adobe Flash Player, it says "Firefox is
installing plugins" but it never finishes.  I waited an hour.  As far as
I can tell, the plugin finder did nothing.
